Eligibility for Refund:

You may qualify for a refund if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have purchased Sentura Coffee products directly from our official website or authorized retail channels.
  • Your refund request is initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Non-Eligible Items:

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Sentura Coffee products that have been used, damaged, altered, or modified.
  • Items lacking original packaging or missing components.
  • Customized or personalized Sentura Coffee products.
  • Items acquired from unauthorized resellers

Refund Process:

To start a refund process, kindly follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at +1 (818) 814-7981 within 30 days of receiving your order. We also can provide an extension for a total of 35 days. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return process. You may be asked to provide photographs or videos of the product to assess its condition.
  • Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Criteria:

Refunds will be determined based on the following criteria:

  • If the Sentura Coffee product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.
  • For products returned in a used or damaged condition, a partial refund may be issued depending on the extent of damage or use.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Cancellation:
